Specifies a Horizontal Repeat three times with a
separation of 1 inch.

Specifies a Vertical Repeat of two more times with
no separation.
NOTE: Although the ^IREPV command specifies 0 inches of vertical
separation between the repeated pass def, the def strings appear on
separate lines because of the ^- Pass Terminator.
