New Device - Name
A Device Name can be the same from one channel to the next; however, each device under a channel must have a
unique name. The Device Name is a user-defined logical name for the device that can be up to 256 characters long.
While long descriptive names are generally good, some OPC client applications may have a limited display window when
browsing the tag space of an OPC server.
Note: The device name and channel name are part of the browse tree information.
