. This function allows user to set the wait for bills taken option.

The available values are described below. Press <4> on the keypad to toggle through the options.

). When selected, the Prism software report the solicited completion

status to the host application as soon as it presents the bill(s) to the customer successfully.

However, if an error occurs while presenting the bill(s), the solicited error status will be reported to the
host.

If the customer fails to take the bill(s) or any error occurs after the bill(s) successfully presented, there
will be no solicited error status sent to the host.

. When selected, the Prism software waits for the customer to remove the cash. If

the customer fails to remove the cash within the specified time (timer 5 and 7 that the host downloads
to the ATM), the Prism software reports the status to the host application.

. This function allows user to specify the number of hoppers (feed channels) that

may have cassettes present in this terminal. The solicited status message sent to the host will only
report status for this number of hoppers.

. The solicited status message sent to the host for the dispenser

contains a Partial Dispense Status (byte 3). This option determines the value of this byte for cassette
low and out situations. Press <6> on the keypad to toggle between the available settings:

). The Partial Dispense status byte will always be ‘5’ for cassette

low and cassette out messages sent to the host.

cassette out situation, the status byte will be ‘3’.
