The depository accepts an envelope, monitors its progress through the unit, stamps it with identifying data
(up to 68 characters with the Dot Matrix Printer), and deposits the envelope in the envelope deposit bin.

1. Remove ribbon cartridge from the four (4) plastic tabs that hold it.
2. Mount the new ribbon cartridge into the printert holder as shown below. Ensure cartridge aligns with
the plastic tabs.
3. Confirm that the ribbon is positioned between the mask and head, then turn the ribbon knob in a
clockwise direction until taut.
