option saves the current and archived parameter files, configuration summary, trace

files, and log files to an external storage device. An archived trace file is created each time the terminal is
rebooted (for the last four (4) reboot occurrences).

For the Current trace files option, the files are zipped up and saved to the selected external storage device as
‘TerminalID_Tfiles.zip, unless a user changes the name to a different name through the Save File dialog.

For the Archived trace files option, the system will allow the user to select one of the four (4) files based on the
date and time that the file was created. The default name of a selected file will be “T” + version number (1-4:
“1” is latest and “4” is oldest) + selected Date/time (mmddyyyyhhmmss) + “.zip”.

For example, if the last file was created on September 3, 2005 at 1:08:12PM, the file name will be:

T109032005130812.zip
