UNCTIONS
Many Management Functions, such as Terminal Settlement, Journal, and Diagnostic functions, produce a
report summarizing the results of the operation. Most reports are displayed in a Management Report
dialog, which you can use to print the report to the receipt printer or save to an external memory device.
The buttons on the Management Report dialog let you perform the following actions: (Figure 5-6)
4. Page Up. Scrolls the report up a maximum of one full page.
7. Page Down. Scrolls the report down a maximum of one full page.
6. Home. Moves directly to the first page of the report.
9. End. Moves directly to the last page of the report.
1. Save. Saves the report as a text file to an external memory device.
2. Print. Sends the report to the terminal receipt printer for hardcopy output.

External Memory Device
Some USB memory devices are not recognized by Windows XP as removable
drives. Consequently, these drives are not recognized within the Prism appli-
cation as an External Memory device. As of this release of the document, only
LEXAR™ brand storage devices are affected.
