If a failure occurs and the XP Business Copy P-VOL is damaged (as shown in

take the following steps to copy data from the XP Continuous Access Journal secondary data volume
to the XP Business Copy P-VOL so data can be restored to the XP Business Copy P-VOL:
1.
Execute the XP RAID Manager
pairsplit -S
command on the XP Business Copy pair to
release the pair.

pair to reverse the copy direction and re-establish the pair.
