The product herewith complies with the requirements of the EMC Directive 89/336/EEC, the Low Voltage Directive 73/23/
EEC, the R&TTE Directive 1999/5/EC (Annex II) and carries the CE-Marking accordingly
1) The product was tested in a typical configuration with Hewlett-Packard Personal Computer Systems. Compliance
testing of product to standard with exception of Clause 9.5, which is not yet in effect.
2) This Device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two Conditions:
(1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including
interference that may cause undesired operation
3) For regulatory purposes, this product is assigned a Regulatory model number. This number should not be confused
with the marketing name (HP Color LaserJet 9500MFP) or the product number (C8549A).
