3 If the server is a pedestal model, open the front doors (upper
and lower).
4 Tilt over the detachable lever of the slot where you want to
install a hard disk drive, by pulling its knob marked PULL
toward you.

5 Pull out the HDD slot spacer that was extracted partially.
6 Push the hard disk drive completely into the slot where you
want to mount it.
NOTE: If the hard disk drive is subjected to vibration or shock,
the disk may be damaged or data may be lost. Handle the
hard disk drive with care.
