Set Supervisor Password

Allows Supervisor Password to be registered, changed, and/or
deleted. To delete the password, press the <Enter> key while
leaving the “New Password” text box blank. The entry of
password is required to start the BIOS Setup Utility or to start
the operating system.

NOTE: When setting the passwords, be sure to take note of
them.

For security reasons, the passwords are not displayed on the
screen.

If you have forgotten the passwords, shut down the server
and then after turning it off, clear the passwords.

Password on boot

Set whether or not a password input request message is to be
displayed or not (“Enabled” or “Disabled”) when starting the
operating system.

Diskette access

Allows you to impose limitations on access to the floppy disk
drive.

Boot menu

Set the sequence in which drives start up an operating system.
Using the <+> and <-> keys, set, as required, the sequence in
which drives boot up the operating system.
