8.2.3. Connection settings of Voice Callback Center
After successful installation of Voice Callback center software you have to set the
communication with XAPI server. As shown on the picture below, you have to set username
and password (the same user account as in XAPI server) and IP address of PC, where the
XAPI server runs. In case that XAPI server runs on the same PC you should add IP address of
local host (127.0.0.1).
In case that the XAPI server is correctly configured and access parameters are properly set, the
Voice Callback center software will automatically establish connection with XAPI server.
You may check that also in the LOG of Voice Callback Center where you may see parameters
of connection and type of license.
