1 Operating status of PLC-3 processor:
Bits 0 to 1: 0 = Program mode
1 = Test mode
2 = Run mode
Bit 2: Not used
Bit 3: 0 = Normal
1 = Major processor fault
Bit 4: 0 = Normal
1 = Shutdown requested
Bit 5: 0 = Normal
1 = Shutdown in effect
