Add Your Ethernet Module
1. Right-click I/O Configuration, and select New Module.
The Select Module Type window opens.
2. Select the ethernet module that is in the rack with the ControlLogix
controller and click OK.
The Module Properties window opens.
3. Enter a name, slot number and IP address.
4. Select Disable Keying and click Finish.
Your Ethernet module is added to the project.
