The holding state does three things.
1. Rung 0 — stop the water.
2. Rung 1 — unlock the devices from program control.
3. Rung 2 — signal that the state is done.
At the last step of the resetting state:
• the SFR instruction resets the SFC
so it is ready for the next time you
need it.
• the PSC instruction signals that the
state is done.
Note: The P1 qualifier runs the actions
only one time.
