The Design (Local) tab defines the
path from the computer to the
controller.
The Runtime (Target) tab defines
the path from the PanelView Plus
terminal to the controller.

Test Run mode. This path is
defined on the Local tab. The PanelView Plus terminal also
needs to communicate with the
controller, but that is sometimes
a different path. This path is
