Chapter 3 Using the DVR Software
3.1 Running the Unit for the First Time
When the unit is turned on for the first time, the system will prompt you to enter the CD-Key. The CD Key is a
located on REAR PANEL of the unit. If user wants to power off the DVR system, click Shutdown button. To
restart the DVR system, click Reboot button.
3.2 Function buttons in Advanced/Preview Mode
Name Function
(1) Exit
Call up the Logout dialog box.
In the logout dialog box, you may do the following:
- Exit: To shutdown the DVR program.
- Reboot: Restart the DVR system.
