The Set Serial Interface Properties command is used to set the properties of a particular serial
interface.

The baud rate ID defines the interface baud rate as follows:
0 9600 bps
1 19200 bps
2 38400 bps
3 57600 bps (unsupported)
4 115200 bps (unsupported)
