Alarm Reporting: Enabling alarm reporting transmits alarm messages to

both the ASCII interface and Node Manager. If this option is set to No,

alarms will not be reported. The LEDs turn red in an alarm condition. Set

this option to No when configuring the node. Set to Yes during normal

operation.
