❒ If there be any insufficient configu-
ration in the e-mail menu on this
machine, or if “Auto Specify Send-
er Name” is set to “Off”, the LAN-
Fax result notification e-mail will
not be transmitted, and the LAN-
Fax Result Report is printed out.

port” for the LAN-Fax Result Re-

radio button.

When entering the machine's
programmed address
A Click the [Device Address] radio
button.
B Enter the machine's programmed
address in the [Device Address]
field.
Note
❒ This field is unavailable when
the [Specify destinations] is se-
lected, and you cannot enter
in the text box.
