From the pull-down list, select the media attribute to substitute (or reassign) for the selected media.
For example, you might want to reassign all “US Letter” size media to “A4.” Thus, you would
select A4 from the pull-down list.

Click Reassign.

To delete the original media, check the box Delete [media].
6.
(Optional) If the media characteristic is linked to other media, you can click Edit to edit the media
descriptions individually (then click Save) or click Delete to delete them individually and then click
Save.
