Quick Reference: Processing Jobs from Operator View
In addition to printing directly from Operator View, you can open the production ticket for an order and
work with the file directly.

All Jobs:
•
Click the document number link in the quick view section of the job on Operator View to launch
the product ticket in a separate browser window.
•
Scroll down to the File(s) section.
•
Click the filename link to open the file.

XMPie Jobs:
•
Click the document number link in the quick view section of the job on Operator View to launch
the product ticket in a separate browser window.
•
Scroll down to the File(s) section.
•
XMPie batch jobs will be in the file format *.ppkg.
•
Click the filename of the ppkg file to open it in Adobe InDesign CS3.
•
Verify that the data is associated with the template properly.
•
Print the file to the output device of your choice (outside of Digital StoreFront).

FusionPro Jobs:
•
Click the document number link in the quick view section of the job on Operator View to launch
the product ticket in a separate browser window.
•
Scroll down to the File(s) section.
•
FusionPro jobs will be in the file format *.zip.
•
Download the .zip file to a computer with FusionPro Desktop installed. unzip the file, and open
it with FusionPro Desktop.
•
Verify that the data is associated with the template properly.
•
Print the file to the output device of your choice (outside of Digital StoreFront).
