On the Order Confirmation page, scroll down to the Shipment Details panel.

In the Tracking # field, type or paste the carrier-provided tracking number for the shipment.

Click the Associate link to set the shipping quantity for each of the items in the order.

On the Associated Products dialog, type the value of the quantity shipped in this shipment.
So if the buyer ordered 500 sales flyers, and you are shipping 250 in this shipment, you
would set the quantity at 250. In a subsequent shipment, you would ship the balance of the
flyers and enter 250 again to generate a new tracking number.

Click Update.

In the Update Shipping Status field,

Check the box Alert Purchaser via email to send an email notification to the buyer with the
shipment tracking number.
