StoreFront Order (shopping cart transaction) and submitted for production.

Online Credit Card Billing: Licensable option that enables a site with a merchant account to offer print

buyers the option of paying for orders via credit card. (No need for adjectives around credit
cards, Digital StoreFront is a web app, and the word billing is redundant.)

Operator View: A page in the administrative module specially designed to enable print provider

operators to track and manage job production (including access to the printable production
ticket).

Order Accounting: Section of the Companies page with links to configure cost centers and accounting

codes.

Order View: A page in the administrative module specially designed to enable print provider pesonnel to

track and manage orders in the system by various sort filters.

Output Device: Output device - An output device is an end point for a job, such as a printer or copier.

Page Access: A page in the administrative module where site administrators can set the page access

rights for each user group defined in the system.

PDF Page Count: Number of original pages in document in PDF format.

Platform Settings: (1) All the settings that you make once for each Digital StoreFront instance. For

example, you can choose one currency to support for Digital StoreFront. This is a Platform
Setting. (2) A section in the Administrative module that includes pages that configure settings
that apply to the whole platform, across all Print Shops and Companies administered in the
system.

Price Sheet: A matrix of prices that the system consults when calculating the price of a particular job and

order. The system ships with a default (master) price sheet, but customers can copy and publish
any number of price sheets (e.g., a "Preferred Customers" price sheet that applies a 10%
discount for all items ordered by print buyers associated with that price sheet).

Print Product: A product in the catalog that is printed, such as posters, bound proposals, or booklets.

Print Shop Approver: A representative of the print shop who is designated to approve the purchase of

orders submitted by users associated with the print shop.

PrintMessenger: PrintMessenger - The application that enables users to submit jobs from the File > Print

option in desktop applications (such as Word). The core of the application is a print driver that
converts native file formats to PDF for processing in the system. File - Print is a familiar workflow
for desktop computer users, EFI's PrintMessenger extends this familiar workflow as a submission
path to your staffed print facility. Customer order submission to your facility is as easy as File
Print to a desktop printer.PrintMessenger is a print driver that can be deployed to your entire
customer base. Rather than driving a print device, PrintMessenger drives intelligent client-side
PDF conversion. Your brand name appears in the print dialog box as a print option. Customers
"print" to your facility, which initiates the PDF conversion and then subsequently launches
Digital StoreFront's browser based job specification. As office environments increase local print
options, PrintMessenger places you squarely as a print option inside every desktop application.
With PrintMessenger, the customer's file is converted @ the client where the necessary fonts
