Complete—changes the status of the job to Completed.

Expanded View

Click the right arrow button for an order to expand the view:

Submitted—date and time the order was placed.

Customer—name and telephone number of the registered user who submitted the job.

Due—when the job is due in date format.

Pending Approvals—all approvals pending for the order; if the link is not active no
approvals are pending; if the link is active click to open the Pending Approvals for Order

page listing all pending approvals.

To configure the Order View

1.

On the Order View, click Configure to open the Configure View page.

2.

Follow the instructions in the section Configure Order View.

To set online tracking for shipped orders

After the order has been completed and shipped, login to the shipping company‘s web site and key in
the tracking number.

Select and copy the URL for the order page to your Windows clipboard.
