2 On the Order View, click on the order number to open the order detail page in a separate browser
window.
•
Paste the URL into the Update Shipping Status box.
• Check the box Alert Purchaser via email.
• Click Update to send an email notification with the tracking number to the customer.
3 Click Close Window to return to the Order View.
