Prevention of cramp in the calf muscles

M

any people suffer from cramp in the calf

muscles, which can appear spontaneously

during rest at night or as a result of prolon-

ged muscular effort. The phenomenon of

cramp may in part be caused by a disequi-

librium of blood flow in the muscles.

T

o improve the blood circulation and pre-

vent the onset of cramp, the Compex of-

fers a specific stimulation programme. Use

of this programme in accordance with the

procedure below will allow you to obtain

positive results and limit the occurrence of

cramp.

Cycle duration: 5 weeks, 1 x/day, at the end of the

day or at night

Prevention of occasional swelling of the
feet and ankles
