Fit the inner and center fl ap together. The joiner blade may
bind slightly.

If you fi nd the joiner blade binding, carefully trim or sand the slot until the joiner blade can move freely inside the fl ap. Also
check the fi t between the center fl ap and outer fl ap at this time. The fi t between the joiner and joiner pocket should allow for
smooth movement, but should not be loose. If too much material is removed, or the fi t is loose, a small amount of CA can be
used to build up the edge.
Sollte der Verbinder klemmen, erweitern oder schleifen Sie vorsichtig den Schlitz auf bis der Verbinder ohne zu klemmen paßt.
Prüfen Sie jetzt auch noch die Passung zwischen den beiden Teilen. Diese sollte gut sitzen aber nicht zu lose sein. Sollte Sie
zuviel Material entfernt haben, können sie mit etwas Sekundenkleber die Kante wieder auffüttern.
Si vous constatez un blocage de la lame de liaison, découpez ou poncez délicatement la fente jusqu’à obtenir le libre mouvement
de la lame dans le volet. Contrôlez l’ajustement ente le volet central et le volet extérieur. La lame doit pouvoir coulisser librement
dans la fente, mais sans jeu excessif. Si vous avez retiré trop de matière, ou que l’ajustement est trop libre, vous pouvez utiliser
de la colle CA pour reformer une arrête.
Se si nota che la lama di unione forza, tagliare e carteggiare attentamente la fessura fi nché la lama si può muovere liberamente
all’interno del fl ap. Verifi care anche l’adattamento tra il fl ap centrale e quello esterno. L’adattamento tra la lama di unione e la
sua sede deve permettere dei movimenti morbidi ma non deve essere lasco. Se si fosse tolto troppo materiale e l’adattamento
fosse lasco, si può mettere una piccola quantità di colla CA per sistemare le cose.

Apply a small amount of petroleum jelly to the fl ex point of the
hinge to prevent epoxy from entering the hinge. Draw a line
on all the fl ap hinges that is 9/32 inch (7mm) from the pin on
the hinge.
Geben Sie etwas Vaseline auf das Gelenk des Scharnieres
damit es nicht verklebt. Zeichnen Sie eine Linie die 7mm von
der Mitte entfernt ist auf das Scharnier. (siehe Abbildung)
Appliquez une petite quantité de gelée de pétrole au niveau
