Begin by placing the outer fl ap and aileron in position WITHOUT the use of epoxy. This will aid in the alignment of the remaining
fl ap sections. Apply epoxy to the fl ap torque rod and fl ap hinges. Place the fl aps into position and allow the epoxy to fully
cure before proceeding, making sure to maintain the alignment of the fl aps so they will operate correctly when the linkage is
installed.

Once the epoxy cures for the inner and center fl ap, repeat
the process to glue the aileron and outer fl ap into position.
Check the alignment once again to make sure the fl aps are
positioned correctly.

Use a small amount of epoxy to glue the dowel pins into the
leading edge of the wing. Mark the pins and sand with coarse
sand paper. Position the pins so 1/2 inch (13mm) of the pin
extends forward of the wing.
