Sand both the stops and the underside of the cover before
gluing them together. Use medium CA to glue the stops to the
underside of the covers, using the embossed lines to properly
position the stops.
Schleifen Sie die Stopper und die Unterseite der Abdeckung
an bevor Sie diese verkleben. Verwenden Sie mittleren
Sekundenkleber und nutzen sie die erhabenen Linien um die
Stopper richtig zu positionieren.
Poncez les deux butées et le dessous de l’entourage avant
de les coller ensemble. Utilisez de la colle CA moyenne pour
assurer le collage et aidez-vous des lignes pour positionner
les butées.
Carteggiare entrambi i fermi e la parte inferiore del portello
prima di incollarli insieme usando colla CA media usando le
linee in rilievo come riferimento.

Apply a small amount of petroleum jelly to the fl ex point of the
hinge to prevent epoxy from entering the hinge.

Use side cutters to trim the hinges for the covers to the width
shown in the photo. Trim all four hinges at this time. Make
sure to trim the side of the hinge pin that is not barbed.
Kürzen Sie die Scharniere auf die im Bild dargestellte Breite.
Kürzen Sie die vier Scharniere gleichseitig. Bitte achten Sie
darauf die ungesicherte Seite zu kürzen.
Utilisez une pince coupante pour réduire la largeur des
charnières comme sur l’illustration. Effectuez la modifi cation
des 4 charnières lors de cette étape. Coupez le côté de la
charnière où l’axe n’est pas strié.
Con un tronchesino rifi lare le cerniere per i portelli alla
larghezza indicata in foto. Questo vale per tutte e quattro le
cerniere. Prestare attenzione a tagliare il lato della cerniera
con il perno non spinato

Roughen the hinges and covers using coarse grit sandpaper.
Clean the area using a paper towel and isopropyl alcohol. Use
medium CA to glue the hinges in position, using care not to
get glue in the hinge, which could prevent it from operating
correctly.
Schleifen Sie die Scharniere und Abdeckung mit Schleifpapier
an. Reinigen Sie die Klebefl äche mit einem Papiertuch
und Reinigungsalkohol und kleben diese mit mittlerem
Sekundenkleber ein. Bitte achten Sie darauf dass kein
Klebstoff in die Scharniere kommt und den Betrieb behindert.
Dépolissez les charnières et l’emplacement des charnières
sur l’entourage à l’aide de papier abrasif. Nettoyez la zone à
l’aide de papier absorbant et d’alcool dénaturé. Utilisez de la
colle CA moyenne pour maintenir les charnières en position,
en prenant soin de ne pas mettre de colle sur l’axe qui nuirait
au bon fonctionnement.
Irruvidire le cerniere e il portello con carta vetro a grana
grossa. Ripulire l’area con un tovagliolo di carta e alcool.
Fissare in posizione le cerniere con colla CA media facendo
attenzione a non bloccarle.
