Check the operation of the fl ap, using care not to move the
hinges from their locations. When positioned correctly, you
will be able to achieve the throws listed in the Control Throw
section of this manual.
Prüfen Sie den Weg der Klappen und achten dabei darauf die
Scharniere nicht aus ihren Positionen zu bewegen. Haben
Sie die Klappen richtig positioniert werden diese die in der
Anleitung angebenden Ausschläge erreichen.
Contrôlez le fonctionnement des volets, manoeuvrez-les
délicatement afi n de ne par faire sortir les charnières de leurs
logements. Quand les volets sont correctement positionnés,
vous devrez être capable d’atteindre les débattements listés
dans la section relative aux débattements de ce manuel.

muovere le cerniere dalle loro posizioni. Una volta fatto

Once the fl ap throw has been set, carefully remove the fl aps from the wing panel without disturbing the position of the hinges
in the fl aps. Using 30-minute epoxy, remove and glue each hinge, noting their positioning and angles in relationship to the fl ap.
Glue the hinges into the inner, center and outer fl aps at this time. Allow the epoxy to fully cure before handling the fl aps.
Sind die Klappen eingestellt entfernen Sie vorsichtig Klappen von der Fläche ohne die Position der Scharniere zu vernändern.
Kleben Sie jedes Scharnier mit 30 Minuten Epoxy ein. Merken Sie sich bei dem Einkleben genau die Postion jede einzelnen
Scharnieres bevor sie diese festkleben. Kleben Sie jetzt die Scharniere der inneren, mittleren und äußeren Klappen. Lassen Sie
den Kleber vollständig trocknen.
Une fois que le débattement optimal des volets est obtenu, retirez délicatement les volets en prenant soin de ne pas modifi er
la position des charnières dans les volets. Mélangez de la colle époxy 30 minutes. Retirez et collez chaque charnière en la
repositionnant à leur emplacement initial. Collez lors de cette étape les charnières du volet extérieur, du volet central et du volet
intérieur. Laissez sécher la colle époxy avant d’actionner les volets.
Una volta regolata la corsa dei fl ap, bisogna toglierli dall’ala con attenzione per non muovere la posizione delle cerniere nei fl ap.
Usando colla epoxy da 30 minuti, incollare ogni cerniera dopo averla rimossa, avendo cura però di annotare la sua posizione e la
sua inclinazione rispetto al fl ap. A questo punto incollare le cerniere nei fl ap interno, centrale ed esterno. Attendere che la colla
asciughi bene prima di toccare i fl ap.

Check the alignment of the fl aps to the top of the wing. It may
be necessary to adjust the position of the holes to correct the
alignment of the fl ap, or to allow the fl ap to move through its
range of motion. Use a toothpick as a shim to take up any
difference in diameter so the hinges will be glued securely.
Überprüfen Sie die Ausrichtung der Klappen auf der Oberseite
der Tragfl äche. Es könnte hier notwendig sein die Scharniere
in den Löcher zu positionieren damit die Klappen den
vollen Weg fahren können. Nutzen Sie zum anpassen einen
Zahnstocher zum ausgleichen, so dass die Klappen später
sicher eingeklebt werden können.
Contrôlez l’alignement des volets par rapport à la surface
supérieure de l’aile. Il sera peut être nécessaire de retoucher
la position des trous pour corriger l’alignement des volets
et atteindre le débattement maximum. Utilisez un cure-dent
comme cale pour rattraper la différence de diamètre afi n de
pourvoir coller les charnières en sécurité.
Controllare l’allineamento dei fl ap alla parte superiore
dell’ala. Potrebbe servire un aggiustamento della posizione
dei fori per correggere l’allineamento dei fl ap o per ottenere
il movimento dei fl ap per tutta la loro corsa. Usare uno
stuzzicadenti come spessore per verifi care eventuali differenze
nel diametro per incollare bene le cerniere.
