Fit the rudder to the fi n, guiding the torque rod into the
fuselage. Make sure the rudder torque rod is inserted through
the hole in the former for support. Once fi t, remove the rudder
and use epoxy on the hinges and in the hinge pocket to secure
the rudder to the fi n.
Passen Sie das Ruder an der Finne an und führen den Stift in
den Rumpf. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Stift in der Führung
ist. Einmal angepasst, entfernen Sie das Ruder wieder und
kleben es in den Scharniertaschen an die Finne.
Placez la gouverne sur la partie fi xe de la dérive en glissant la
tige dans le fuselage. Contrôlez que la tige est correctement
insérée dans le trou du couple du support. Une fois que
l’ajustement est effectué, retirez la gouverne et placez de la
colle époxy sur les charnières pour fi xer la gouverne.
Mettere il timone sul direzionale, inserendo in modo corretto
la barra di torsione nella fusoliera. Fatto questo togliere il
timone e mettere la colla epoxy sulle cerniere e nelle loro sedi
per l’incollaggio.

Remove the link from the control horn. Thread the control horn on the bolt until the horn is against the head of the bolt. Rotate
the bolt 2 turns so there is a slight gap between the horn and ball end. Thread the control horn into the wheel collar far enough
that is can still be slid over the rudder torque rod.
Drehen Sie das Horn vom Stellring und schrauben den Gestängeanschluss bis zur Oberkante der Schraube auf. Drehen Sie dann
den Anschluß wieder zwei Umdrehungen zurück, so dass ein kleiner Spalt entsteht. Drehen Sie dann die Schraube wieder auf den
Stellring dass er über den Ruderstift paßt.
Retirez la rotule du bras de commande. Vissez la tête du bras de commande sur la vis, jusqu’à la tête de la vis. Ecartez la tête
du bras de commande de 2 tours de la tête de vis pou laisser un jeu au niveau de la rotule. Vissez l’ensemble dans la bague
d’arrêt de façon à pouvoir laisser glisser l’ensemble sur la tige de la dérive.
Staccare il comando dalla squadretta e avvitarla sul bullone fi nché non arriva contro la testa. Girare il bullone per 2 giri in modo
che ci sia una piccola fessura tra la squadretta e il terminale a sfera. Poi avvitare l’insieme della squadretta sul collare fi no al
punto in cui può ancora scorrere sulla barra di torsione del timone.
Î Note the position of the screw that secures the ball end, as this must be
accessible when the control horn is placed inside the fuselage.
Î Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Schraube die den Kugelkopf sichert bei im Rumpf
eingesetzten Ruderhorn so positioniert sein muss, dass sie erreichbar ist.
Î Notez la position de la vis assurant la fixation de la rotule, elle devra rester
accessible quand le bras de commande est placé à l’intérieur du fuselage.
Î Notare la posizione della vite che fissa il terminale a sfera, poiché questo
deve essere accessibile quando è montato nella fusoliera.

OIL
Apply a small amount of petroleum jelly to the center of the
rudder torque rod bushing to prevent accidentally gluing it to
the rudder torque rod. Use medium CA to glue the torque rod
in the fuselage.
Geben Sie etwas Vaseline auf die Mitte des Ruderstiftlagers
damit dieses nicht aus Versehen verklebt werden kann. Kleben
Sie den Ruderstift mit mittlerem Sekundenkleber in den
Rumpf.
Appliquez de la gelée de pétrole sur la tige pour éviter qu’elle
se colle accidentellement lors du collage du palier. Utilisez
de la colle CA moyenne pour coller le palier à l’intérieur du
fuselage.
Mettere un po’ di vaselina al centro della boccola che
supporta la barra di torsione del timone per evitare che si
incollino tra di loro. Usare colla CA media per incollare la
barra di torsione nella fusoliera.
