Use sandpaper to lightly sand the fl ap control rod where it will
be glued into the fl ap. Also apply a small amount of petroleum
jelly where the joiner wire will ride in the center section of the
wing.
Schleifen Sie den Anlenkungsdraht wo in der Klappe sitzt
etwas an. Streichen Sie etwas Vaseline auf die Stelle wo sich
der Draht in der mittleren Klappe bewegt.
Utilisez du papier abrasif pour dépolir la partie de la tige de
commande qui sera collée dans le volet. Appliquez une petite
quantité de gelée de pétrole sur la partie de la tige qui entre
dans la section centrale de l’aile.
Carteggiare leggermente la barra di controllo dei fl ap nel
punto in cui andrà incollata nel fl ap. Mettere anche un po’ di
vaselina nel punto in cui scorre nella sezione centrale dell’ala.

Fit the inner, center and outer fl ap to the wing and center section. With the fl aps in the up position, the gap between the wing
center section, fl ap panels and aileron will all be parallel as shown. The inner fl ap and center section will align at the trailing
edge. The aileron and fl ap will also align at the trailing edge. These alignments are very important to the correct operation of the
fl aps.
Passen Sie die inneren, mittleren und äußeren Klappen ein. Bei eingefahrenen Klappen sollte der Spalt zwischen den Klappen
wie abgebildet parallel sein. Die innere und mittlere Klappe sind an der Hinterkante auf einer Höhe. Diese Ausrichtung ist für den
problemlosen Betrieb der Klappen sehr wichtig.
Positionnez le volet intérieur, le volet central et le volet extérieur sur la section centrale de l’aile. Avec les volets en position
haute, l’écart entre les volets, l’aileron et la partie centrale de l’aile doivent être parallèles et égaux comme sur l’illustration.
Le volet intérieur et la section centrale doivent avoir les bords de fuite alignés. L’aileron et le volet doivent également avoir les
bords de fuite alignés. Il est important de respecter ces alignements pour obtenir un fonctionnement correct des volets.
Montare il fl ap interno, centrale ed esterno sulle semiali e sul pianetto centrale. Con i fl ap in alto, la fessura tra il pianetto
centrale dell’ala, i fl ap e gli alettoni, deve essere parallela come si vede dalla fi gura. Il fl ap interno e la sezione centrale devono
essere allineati al bordo di uscita. Questi allineamenti sono molto importanti per il buon funzionamento dei fl ap.

Insert the control rod in the center section. Make sure the
fl at area on the joiner wire faces up and away from the wing.
The bevel should lean forward when the joiner is in the up
position.
Setzen Sie den Anlenkungsdraht in die mittlere Klappe. Stellen
Sie bitte sicher, dass die fl ache Seite nach aussen weg von der
Fläche zeigt. Die abgeschrägte Kante sollte nach vorne zeigen
wenn der Draht in der eingefahren Position ist.
Insérez la tige de commande dans la section centrale. Vérifi ez
que le méplat de la tige est bien orienté vers le dessus. Le
chanfrein doit être vers l’avant quand la tige est en position
haute.
Inserire la barra di controllo nella sezione centrale. Accertarsi
che la parte piatta della barra sia rivolta verso l’alto lontana
dall’ala. La smussatura dovrebbe essere rivolta in avanti
quando la barra è nella posizione superiore.
