The main gear doors can be made operational using the
hardware listed at the beginning of the manual. Mounts for
the hinges and servos will require fabrication by the modeler.
Use the photos as a reference to modify your model to install
the operational gear doors. A template has been provided to
assist in making the servo mounting plate for the gear door
servo on page 94.

Complete the retract installation by placing the connectors
and t-fi ttings on the air lines running to the retracts. Use a
1-inch (25mm) piece of air line between the connectors and
t-fi ttings.

Cut two pieces of hook and loop strap. Use epoxy to glue the
straps to the front and rear formers. Make sure the straps are
positioned so they will hook together and the receiver batteries
can be secured in the battery compartment.
Schneiden Sie zwei Streifen Klettband zurecht. Kleben Sie
die beiden Streifen mit Epoxy auf die vorderen Spanten
und achten darauf dass beide so geformt sind, dass sie
zusammentreffen und der Akku damit gesichert wird.
Coupez deux morceau de bande auto-agrippante. Utilisez de

agrippante se fi xent bien ensemble et qu’ils maintiennent
correctement les deux batteries de réception dans leur
compartiment.

Cut a piece of 1/4-inch (6mm) foam and place it into the
battery compartment.

Place a receiver battery into the compartment, routing the
leads through the openings and into the fuselage.
