Tape the cover to the wing using low-tack tape. Use a drill and
1/32-inch (1mm) drill bit to drill the six holes to mount the
cover to the wing. Lift the cover and enlarge the holes in the
cover ONLY using a pin vise and 1/16-inch (1.5mm) drill bit.
Secure the cover to the wing using the specifi ed screws.
Kleben Sie die Abdeckung mit Klebeband mit geringer
Klebkraft ein und bohren mit einem 1mm Bohrer die
sechs Befestigungslöcher. Heben Sie die Abdeckung ab
und vergrößern die Löcher mit einem 1,5mm Handbohrer.
Schrauben Sie die Abdeckung mit den entsprechenden
Schrauben fest.
Maintenez l’entourage sur l’aile à l’aide d’adhésif de
masquage. Utilisez une perceuse et un foret de 1mm
pour percer les 6 trous de fi xation. Retirez l’entourage et
agrandissez ses trous et uniquement ses trous à l’aide d’un
foret de 1.5mm. Fixez l’entourage à l’aile en utilisant les vis
listées.
Con nastro a bassa adesività fi ssare il portello all’ala. Con
una punta da 1mm praticare i 6 fori per il fi ssaggio. Sollevare
il portello e allargare i fori solo su di esso con una punta da
1,5mm. Fissare il portello all’ala con le sue viti specifi che.

Lower the gear into the wing. Guide the door into position,
checking the alignment to the cover. It may take a few tries
and some trimming of the gear door to correctly position the
door in relationship to the cover.
Fahren Sie das Fahrwerk in die Tragfl äche ein und überprüfen
die Ausrichtung der Abdeckung. Zum Ausrichten können
mehrere Versuche notwendig mit Positionierung der
Abdeckung notwendig sein.
Faites rentrer la jambe de train dans l’aile. Guidez la trappe
vers sa position en contrôlant son alignement. Vous devrez
sûrement procéder à plusieurs essais et poncer légèrement la
trappe pour obtenir l’ajustement idéal avec l’entourage.
Abbassare il portello sull’ala, guidandolo in posizione e
verifi cando l’allineamento. Potrebbero servire alcune prove e
aggiustamenti per avere l’allineamento perfetto del portello.

Place a piece of tape on the hinges so the gear door can be
attached and checked for alignment. With the gear in the
DOWN position, attach the gear door using the tape.
Kleben Sie ein Stück Klebeband auf die Scharniere und kleben
diese mit den Scharnieren in der Fahrwerk ausgefahren
Position an.
Placez un morceau de ruban adhésif sur les charnières pour
y placer la trappe et contrôler son alignement. Avec le train
en position sortie, fi xez la trappe sur les charnières avec du
ruban adhésif.
Mettere un pezzo di nastro adesivo sulle cerniere in modo da
poter attaccare il portello e verifi carne l’allineamento. Con il
carrello estratto, attaccare il portello con nastro adesivo.

Once the door and cover are aligned, use clear tape to secure
them together. Carefully remove the screws to separate the
assembly from the wing.
Ist die Fahrwerkstür und Abdeckung ausgerichtet fi xieren Sie
die diese mit klarem Klebeband. Entfernen Sie dann vorsichtig
die Schrauben um beides aus der Tragfl äche zu entnehmen.
Une fois l’alignement effectué, utilisez de l’adhésif
transparent pour maintenir la trappe et l’entourage en
position. Retirez délicatement les vis pour enlever l’ensemble
de l’aile.
Una volta fatto l’allineamento, usare del nastro adesivo
trasparente per tenerli in posizione. Togliere con cura le viti
per separare il gruppo dall’ala.
