Insert the hinges into the fl ap panels until the line drawn in
the previous step is aligned with the leading edge of the fl ap.

Î DO NOT glue the hinges unless instructed
to do so. The ailerons and flaps must be fit to the
wing in order for everything to operate properly.

The inner and center fl ap may need a shortened hinge
installed where the joiner blade fi ts into the fl ap. Trim the
hinge before inserting it into the fl ap sections.
Bei der inneren- und mittleren Klappe kann es notwendig sein,
das Scharnier auf der Seite des Verbinders zu kürzen. Kürzen
Sie das Scharnier bevor Sie die Klappen einsetzen.

Check the angle of the hinges in relationship to the fl ap center
line. They will be perpendicular for the inner and outer fl aps.
Überprüfen Sie den Winkel der Scharniere in Verhältnis zur

Klappen rechtwinklig sein.

The hinges in the center fl ap will angle inward slightly when
installed. This is due to the operating angle of the fl ap in
relationship to the wing.

Bewegung im Verhältnis zur Tragfl äche gegeben.
