Network requirements
Configure GTS on queue 0 of GigabitEthernet 3/1/2 of the router to shape the traffic at rates higher than
480 kbps.
Configuration procedure
# Enter system view.
<Sysname> system-view
# Enter interface view.
[Sysname] interface GigabitEthernet 3/1/2
# Configure the GTS parameter.
[Sysname-GigabitEthernet3/1/2] qos gts queue 0 cir 480
Line rate configuration
Configuring the line rate
The line rate of a physical interface specifies the maximum rate of outgoing packets.
To configure the line rate:

2. Enter interface view,
port group view, or
subinterface view.
• Enter interface view:

• Enter port group view:

Use either command.
Settings in interface view take effect
on the current interface. Settings in
port group view take effect on all
ports in the port group. Settings in
subinterface view take effect on the
current subinterface.
3. Configure the line rate
for the interface or
port group.
qos lr outbound cir
committed-information-rate [ cbs
committed-burst-size ]
By default, the CBS is the traffic
transmitted at the rate of CIR in 500
ms.
