When you set the lower limit of the shutter speed to
be lower than the output image frame rate, the
shutter speed controls exposure based on the [Gain
Point] setting. Normally, when exposure is adjusted
with sensitivity, noise is prominent when sensitivity is
increased to brighten the image. You can decrease
noise by adjusting the exposure through lower
shutter speeds instead of adjusting with sensitivity.
For this exposure adjustment, enable [Gain Point] and
set the sensitivity value to be changed to the shutter
speed in [Gain Point Level]. When the shutter speed
reaches the lower limit for exposure adjustment, the
sensitivity will increase again to adjust exposure. This
setting is available when [Mode] is set to [Full auto] or
[Iris priority].

When the sensitivity during exposure adjustment
reaches the value of [Gain Point Level], the exposure
will be adjusted through a lower shutter speed.
You cannot select a value that exceeds [AGC Limit].
This setting is available when [Mode] is set to [Full
auto] or [Iris priority] and the checkbox of [Gain Point]
is selected.

Note

When you switch to a shutter speed value that had
been changed greatly, it may take some time to apply
the setting value.
During that time, the setting value on the display
does not match the actual setting value. By reloading
the web browser, the correct setting value is
displayed.
