Make settings related to audio codecs for streaming.

AAC (256 kbps)
AAC (128 kbps) Select the audio codec for streaming. The setting item
is displayed when [Setting] is enabled.
[AAC (128 kbps)]: Select this when you prioritize the
data capacity.
[AAC (256 kbps)]: Select this when you prioritize the
audio quality.
This setting will not have effect on the audio signal
superimposed on HDMI/SDI OUT.
