VM MODE => Selection of the firmware to be loaded from SVP
1 NATIVE for BS2000 operation
2 EMOS not used
3 AVM/EX for VM2000 operation
EXA MODE => Selection of addressing mode
1 ENABLE extended XA mode
2 DISABLE not used
IPL EXECUTION => IPL execution
1 ENABLE executes IPL
2 DISABLE does not execute IPL
If there are changes to the VM MODE and IPL EXECUTION => 2 , only the other firmware is
loaded and no IPL is executed.
