Command Syntax:

FMTN [<name>]

Limits:

<name> = a valid MS-DOS filename

(8 characters minus any extension)

Description:

The FMTN command initializes the format editing buffer. Sending
this one command is equivalent to sending all of the following
commands:

creating a new format. The command only resets to a known
state. The command does not create a usable format.
