9.4 Save Settings +CSAS
9.4.1 Description:
All settings specified by the +CSCA and +CSMP commands are stored in EEPROM if the SIM card is
a Phase 1 card or in the SIM card if it is a Phase 2 SIM card.
9.4.2 Syntax:
