“...an increased usage of power
to the green laser.”

A warmup error occurred.

If the message appears following
a warmup cancellation, turn off
the analyzer and the PC. Restart
them. Complete a full 30-minute
warmup period and attempt
calibration. If the message occurs
more than once without warmup
cancellation, contact Technical
Support.

“heater block temperature not
in range.

The heater block temperature is
out of range.

Allow up to 30 minutes for the
heater block to reach desired
temperature. The Luminex Data
Collector software displays the
current temperature in the bottom
right-hand corner of the window.

“another instance of this
program is already running...”

The Luminex Data Collector
software is already open and
running.

Click OK in the message box.
Open the Task Manager by
clicking Ctrl+Alt+Delete, then
click Task Manager in the
Security window. Click on the
Applications Tab, then click on
the word Luminex. Finally, click
End Task. If a message displays
asking if you want to create a
backup diskette, select the “Do
Not Show This Message Again”
checkbox, then click OK.

Sheath Fluid Error

The sheath fluid bottle is empty.

Refill the sheath bottle, then run
several Prime commands until
you see fluid flowing into the
waste bottle.

If the message does not appear
after refilling sheath fluid,
disconnect the bottom fitting of
the sheath filter shown on page
page 7-7. Plug the waste bottle
into this fitting and leave the
sheath bottle, sheath, and air lines
connected normally.

The analyzer is not pressurizing.

There are fluid leaks within the
system.
