Installation
Before configuring RSLinx and running DriveTools32, you should check:
•
All cable connections between the drive and PC are secure.
•
If you are using a 1203-GD1, 1203-GK1, or 1336-GM1 communications
module, Switch 1 of SW3 must be On to enable block transfer.
•
Power is applied to the drive.

To use RSLinx for a DH+ communications system, you need to:
1.
Configure the communication driver.
2.
Test the configured driver.
3.
Map the configured driver(s) to the KTPort Value.
Configuring the Communication Driver
To configure the communication driver, you need to:
1.
Start the RSLinx application.
2.
From the Communications menu, select Configure Drivers. The
Configure Drivers dialog box appears.
