Connecting to the
Drive To connect to the drive, you need to:
1. From the Drive menu, select Connect to Drive. The ControlNet Network
Connect to Drive dialog box appears.
2. In the Enter ControlNet Station field, enter the ControlNet station number
for the 1336 FORCE drive.
Valid station numbers are decimal values between 0 and 99. The station
number is set on the PLC Communications Adapter board on the 1336
FORCE. For more information, consult the 1336-GT3EN user manual.
Important: You can use the WHO button to determine the station number. The
WHO button is covered in further detail below.
3. Click OK.
After a short pause, either the DriveManager32 screen with the drive parameters
appears, or you are prompted to create a database.
