Calculations used by Report Expert to obtain values in the resulting
report:
• RealizedCycleTime = RunningTime / TotalParts
• CycleTimeDiff = IdealCycleTime - RealizedCycleTime
• CycleTimeDiff% = -CycleTimeDifference / IdealCycleTime
• Throughput% = (TotalParts x IdealCycleTime) / Running
Time
The Uptime report template allows you to assess the production
availability of one or more activity areas. Uptime is a ratio of
running time to available time. Available time may be defined by a
schedule or modified by planned downtime events such as
preventive maintenance. Available time may also be modified by
events such as being starved for parts or being blocked by a
downstream process.
