Add a Kinetix 5500 Drive to a Logix Designer Application Chapter 2
The Motor Device Specification dialog box opens.

From the Data Source pull-down menu, choose Catalog Number.

Click Change Catalog.
The Change Catalog Number dialog box opens.

Select the motor catalog number appropriate for your application.
To verify the motor catalog number, refer to the motor name plate.

Click OK to close the Change Catalog Number dialog box.
11.
Click Apply.
Motor data specific to your motor appears in the Nameplate /
Datasheet - Phase to Phase parameters field.

Click OK.

for each servo motor axis.
Download the Program
1.
Complete the Logix Designer application project and save your file.
2.
Download your program to the Logix5000 processor.
3.
Verify the controller is in Run mode.
