Manage Printer Groups

Adding Printers to a Group

To add printers to a group, perform the following steps:

1 Click the arrow corresponding to the group to which you want to add the printers.

2 Click Add Printer.

Field

Description

Name

Indicates the name of the printer in a group.

Model

Indicates the model number of the printer.

IP Address

Indicates the IP address of the printer.

Serial Number

Indicates the serial number of the printer.

Service Tag

Indicates the service tag of the printer.
