Database Backup
OpenManage Printer Manager (OMPM) provides backup of the database.
Using the DB Backup feature, you can save the backup of the database. The backup of the DB is
available under under <OMPM Install directory>\Dell Printers\OpenManage\OMPMv2.0\server\
<jboss-dir>\rdmfconfig\backup folder.
Database backup engine will create separate directory under <OMPM Install directory>\Dell
Printers\OpenManage\OMPMv2.0\server\<jboss-dir>\rdmfconfig\backup\
devicemanagement_<Timestamp> folder.
NOTE: Each folder inside the backup folder is named as devicemanagement_<Timestamp>.
NOTE: The Server.backup, ClientDB and StaticClientDB files and the LocationMaps, Plugins and AlertTemplates
folders are stored inside the devicemanagement_<Timestamp> folder.
