224 Database Cleanup
Scheduling DB Cleanup Instantly
To schedule a database cleanup instantly, perform the following steps:
1 In the navigation panel, click Application Settings  DB Cleanup.

2 In the window that appears, type the name.
3 Click the Schedule Task drop-down box and select Once. Two options appear right under the
Schedule Task drop-down box.
4 Select the radio-button against Now.
5 To delete the data older than a particular month, click Delete items older than box and select the
required month.
6 Click OK.
