CAUTION: Before replacing any of the boards on the CG2200 server, you must first take the server out of

service, turn off all peripheral devices connected to the server, turn off the server by pressing the power
button, and unplug the power cord(s) from the system and wall outlet.

When handling the FP board, observe the normal safety and ESD precautions. See Appendix A: Safety
Information for more information.

5.4.1 Removing the Old Front Panel Board

1. Power down the server and remove all peripheral devices and the power cord(s)

2. Remove the chassis cover. For instructions, see “Removing the Chassis Cover”.

3. Remove the front bezel. For instructions, see “Removing the Front Bezel”.

4. Remove any SD flash cards in the SD module slots to save for use with the new FP board.
